Blackbutt Arts Strategy 2026
During 2021-22 Olivia was engaged as the Arts Officer for Blackbutt Avocado Festival, working with the committee and local community to develop and deliver numerous arts initiatives both at and beyond the annual festival. These initiatives were underpinned by the development of the Blackbutt Arts Strategy 2026, a five-year arts and cultural plan informed by the community that was delivered by the committee and Olivia as the lead strategic and cultural planning consultant.
