Four steps to bounce back from an unsuccessful grant application
Writing a grant application is a rewarding experience. You’ve developed a project that you’re passionate about and you know that delivering it will make a positive impact on your organisation, or directly benefit members of your community. Grants present you with the opportunity to hone this idea, build new or nurture existing partnerships, connect with like-minded individuals, map out timelines, craft a detailed budget and grow local support for your vision.
But, not all grant applications are successful - and if you have written a grant application or two, or twenty, then the words “Unfortunately, we wish to advise that on this occasion your application has been unsuccessful” will sound familiar. So how do you bounce back from an unsuccessful grant application?
I’m really excited to share my Four steps to bounce back from an unsuccessful grant application resource with you to coincide with the launch of my new website - welcome!
