Introspection in Isolation - CQ RASN Artist “At Home” Residency Program

In June 2020 Olivia was announced as one of eight Central Queensland artists participating in CQ RASN’s artist “at home” residency program, Tough and Tender Beauty (Round 2). The program was adapted in response to COVID-19 restrictions and provided artists with funding support to undertake a residency project from their home, reflecting creatively on time spent during ‘lock down’.

With thanks to this funding from CQ RASN, this project enabled Olivia to undertake a new body of work comprising of physical and digital collages.

Art Trail Exhibition Announced: 29 July - 31 August 2020

With thanks to eight local businesses based in Kingaroy CBD, from Wednesday 29 July - Monday 31 August, you’re invited to set out on an art treasure hunt and view eight of the artworks created as a result of the CQ RASN residency. A shout out also goes to JS Signs (Nanango) for the artwork printing, and Truth Designs (Gayndah) for designing the art trail map.

The art trail walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete on foot. Enjoy the adventure!
